ZSOLT BALOGH CREATIVE DIRECTOR AND LEAD DESIGNER
Zsolt is an innovative animation and video designer and creative director.
Trained at NFTS and the Royal College of Art, London, his creative portfolio spans live events, theatre, exhibitions, and film production. The artistry and visual power of his designs have been widely acclaimed.
Before establishing New Visual Paradigm, Zsolt cut his teeth on high-profile commissions for, among others, London 2012 Olympic Opening (OCC), David Bowie Is (V&A), and The Baroque Story / Hampton Court 500 event (Historic Royal Palaces).
KATHRYN JOHNSON ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Kathryn is a curator, interpretation editor, and associate director of New Visual Paradigm.
She is currently developing permanent exhibition galleries for the forthcoming Hungarian House of Music in Budapest. She was previously content editor for the exhibition ‘Pink Floyd: Their Mortal Remains’ and assistant curator of the blockbuster ‘David Bowie is’ at the Victoria and Albert Museum. She holds a PhD in modern literature, and is co-investigator for a 2018 AHRC/V&A research project to develop new immersive heritage experiences.
RICHARD HAMMARTON COMPOSER AND SOUND DESIGNER
Richard is a London-based composer and sound designer working across theatre and live performance, TV and film, interactive entertainment and digital platforms.
Richard began his career as an orchestrator for screen (Silent Witness, Agatha Christie's Marple, Dalziel and Pascoe and A History of Britain) before going on to compose and design for theatre. He has collaborated on more than 150 productions, both in the UK and internationally. As well as conventional theatre settings, Richard also works with multi-platform technology for interactive projects and complex audience-led experiential designs.
ANDREA AUSZTICS CREATIVE PRODUCER
Andrea is a creative producer, curator and visual artist with a background in Culture Anthropology and Film Studies.
She also holds a PhD in Social History and publishes frequently. Since 2003 she has worked across several production roles on her way to become an independent producer. Her main focus are documentary films and integrated animations. She has a broad experience in different genres of moving image and she truly believes in interdisciplinary projects.
KATE FENHALLS PRODUCER
Kate is a highly experienced producer who worked in television and film from 1994-2006 before moving into events and arts production.
Her recent productions include a touring light and sculpture trail ‘For the Birds’ and ‘Illuminata Botanica’, supported by Arts Council Wales and National Theatre Wales.
